Hi everyone,

i have just moved house and been without internet for nearly 3 weeks! All services have now been resumed so a very late HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone and i will try to catch up with you all soon.

In other news i finally managed to smash the last bit of life out of my Fuji S5500 digital camera and am waiting for the Nikon D70S replacement

to arrive at Jessops with its 18-70mm lens!

Shame about old reliable but you are gonna love the D70. I hope I had some influence on that choice.

Good choice on the D70s its a miles better camera than some others.

You managed to kill the S5500 finally, congratulations! Mine still lives, sadly, so no excuse to change it for something else as it still does the job.
